Samsung India today officially launched the Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 and Galaxy Tab 730. The price of the tablet is at Rs.36200 and Rs.33990 respectively.
The Galaxy Tab 750 comes with a 10.1″ screen, Nvidia’s Tegra 2 Dual Core processor, runs on Android 3.1 Honeycomb with Touchwiz UI. The device is light and weighs around 565 gms. There is 2MP camera at the front, 3.15MP camera at the back.
The Galaxy Tab 730 is a smaller version w.r.t screen size and comes with 8.9″ screen and weighs 465gms.
Samsung has wisely decided not to launch WiFi only model here. The device available here is 3G+WiFi 16GB model. As usual, the device supports Adobe Flash.
Both the devices come with 7000 mAh battery and should be sufficient for 9 hrs of usage.
The plus point of the new tablets is, they come with the latest Android OS. Since they are powered by the Tegra 2 Dual Core 1GHz processor, should be able to support new updates. With Google’s Android OS being the core, most of our day to day applications are available to us which will make our life easier like GMail, Gtalk, Maps, Music, Search, Email Client, etc etc.
The tablet should be available from next month and those folks with Vodafone connection in India will get 2GB data free every month.
