Nokia 700, the smallest Symbian Belle smartphone
Nokia announced 3 smartphones which will come loaded with Symbian Belle from the Nokia Factory. One of the phone is Nokia 700. The phone is labelled as the smallest smartphone in the world.
The phone comes with 1 GHz processor and a 3.2″ Clear Black AMOLED display up front. The CBD allows you to manage in bright sunlight.
Its dimensions are measured at 110mm * 50.7mm * 9.7mm and weighs only around 95gm. People who are worried about the weight of the phones these days, can go look out for this mobile.
With respect to the connectivity, the phone comes with NFC and can pair with other phones to share pics, contacts as well as can connect to accessories like Nokia Play 360 speakers. It has Pentaband Radio and has HSUPA support, WiFi and Bluetooth, GPS.
There is an inbuilt 2GB memory which can be extended upto 32GB using micro SD card. A 5MP full-focus camera at the back supported by an LED Flash.
The Phone can last upto 465 hrs in standby mode and 7.3 hrs on GSM connectivity.
The colours which decorate the phone are Cool Grey, Silver/White, Coral Red, Peacock Blue and Purple and should be available around Q3 of 2011.
Price is expected to be around 270 Euros.
