More and More on Nexus Prime from Samsung; Google’s next Nexus
Very soon we will have the next Nexus series device introduced to the Market. Nexus series devices are popular because the devices run on pure Android OS and also the updates are first rolled-out onto the devices in Nexus lineup. Rumours on the next Nexus device is already making rounds and Samsung is expected to be the manufacturer yet again after the Nexus S.
The phone is internally named Nexus Prime and will be the first device to run on Android’s next major upgrade Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich. The device is expected to be available around October or November as hinted by Eric Schmidt.
The name could anyways change to suit the market and final release. The device however is expected to have a 4.5″ display or even a better 4.65″ HD Super AMOLED screen and will have the curved display similar to Samsung Nexus S. The device can be seen is a slim posture with 8.8mm thickness and finally not to forget the 1.5 GHz dual core processor under the hood.
For a change, we can expect an all-metal alloy chassis and will be different from other Samsung devices which are built mostly from plastic.
Though all these info we have are rumours, sometimes these things end up actually on the phone. Killer phone?
