BlackBerry’s EZ Pass Program in India

BlackBerry has been known to provide secure and innovative solutions to its enterprise customers worldwide and also in India. BlackBerry today announced the success of the recently launched EZ Pass Program in India.

Announced globally at Mobile World Congress (MWC) earlier this year, the new EZ Pass program provides free migration for customers to move from BES 4, BES 5, BES Express, and other MDM platforms like Good, MobileIron and AirWatch to Silver Perpetual BES 10 licenses at no cost. Formally launched in India in June 2014, the first-of-its kind promotional program has found remarkable acceptance amongst existing and competitive base in India with over 1,000 organizations using BES 10 to manage BlackBerry, iOS and Android smartphones.

Since the inception of the EZ Pass Program, more than 2,600 enterprises comprising 1.2 million licenses have switched over to BES 10 and more than 1,00,000 of those licenses have been traded in from competitors. EZ Pass program gives organizations a good opportunity to consolidate their BlackBerry, iOS and Android™ devices onto one single, secure management platform with lowest TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).  BlackBerry has been aggressively driving this program in India through its VAR channel, sales team and on ground and online marketing activities in India.

Additionally, customers will also receive free Advantage-level technical support through January 31, 2015 with their new license to help them get up and running fast. Support includes access to BES10 technical experts, responsive online support, training, productivity and diagnostic tools, everything the customer needs to implement multi-platform EMM.
