Airtel – once again billing me twice for the same Internet pack
Its been regular with me now. Time and again, I raise concerns over their billing and I get refund because of the errors in their billing or the back-end system.
Airtel is at it again. They have billed me twice for the internet pack for the same period. Look at the image below.
I don’t want to move away from postpaid as I can catch their errors using the bills. In prepaid, I won’t even get to know if this mistake happens. Hope Airtel will fix their issues in the back-end and stop billing customers twice.
PS: Please go through your postpaid bills to catch such errors and stop the Service providers from looting you :).
